Complete ing bull game. Mavs had like six guys playing more mins than Duncan in a so called meaningless game.

spurs played hard and almost beat the mavs and duncan did not play at all in the fourth
if you are a mavs fan you can not be thrilled with just a 5 point win

the game didn't mean to begin with, and it meant even less when Duncan got tossed.
it does piss me off as a Mavs fan that they didn't obliterate the Spurs once Duncan was gone and Dirk came back in.....but I guess that says alot more about how good the Spurs are than anything.

I'm actually more convinced now than I was this morning that the Spurs can win a playoff series against the Mavericks -- assuming, of course, that Joey Crawford's interference will be somewhat muted compared to his efforts today.
Without duncan? SureWell, we know that if the Spurs have to play the last 15 minutes of a road game against the Mavericks, they're probably going to struggle to win.

We are not good enough to beat these guys in their building playing 5 on 8.
It wasnt just the loss of Duncan. Turnovers by a Tony Parker sleepwalking through out the whole game and mentally planning his damn wedding with Eva cost us, as well.

Why did Duncan get t'd up the second time?

The most disappointing thing for me were the turnovers. Horrible bone-headed plays. That won't cut it (yeah TP and Gino, you two).
