The Real Mvp Seve-0 Will This This Team To A Victory
TNT already making excuses for Spurs to lose. Eat that up Spurs fans.
The Real Mvp Seve-0 Will This This Team To A Victory
QUESTION?????????
IF we lose this game whould you start MANU??? or will you bench him![]()
Well it's not like Diaw and Amare were defensive juggernauts.
looks like the Spurs are not ready to face the same team who's playing well despite losing Amare to injury last yr.
this is not the Spurs that we used to know. a lot of missed shots. absolutely no asst from TP.
1. Yes.
2. Spurs played scared, afraid they'd get a foul call every possession. Settled for too many jump shots. Virtually every layup they attempted went in. They need to learn from that.
3. No. Suns playing on adrenaline and emotion right now, Marion especially. He's their emotional leader. We've got to clamp down on him and also ride out his hot shooting - he won't shoot like this all game.
Hopefully the Spurs come back in the second half with some focus and grit. The refs may be determined to foul someone out - if I had to place bets I'd say Elson or Oberto may be sacrificed - but they can still win. Just drive hard each and every time.
spurs need to stop feeling the pressure and start playing like GS - loose. Everyone is thinking with Amare out that this game would be a slam dunk when it's having the opposite effect. Spurs are not getting beat by Phx but by the press.
I'm calling it now Spurs will have 30+ points in the 3rd and 4th!
Get the out of our site and go somewhere where they give a about your opinion
down 11. keep going to the bucket on every possession with screen rolls. sets you up for some easy scores plus the draw and kick for the 3. time for pop to lay down the law.
Spurs just played soft in the first half. They let their guard and intensity down, they've always done this in the playoffs at certain points in time against great teams.
Barkley was going too "deep" about the reason why they just sucked in the first half.
today Manu playing good , Tim Suck and Where is Tony Parker ?
Just a mediocre game from the Spurs would have them even at the half.
RBs better, 20 -24
It's the Spurs' 33% shooting and Marion killing us.
The problem is that all the pressure is on the Spurs in this game. Everyone expected the Suns to lose without Diaw and Stoudemire, so they have nothing to prove, and are playing loose and easy. The Spurs are playing nervous and tight...they are so worried about losing this game, they are losing this game. Pop better pull something out of his ass for the 2nd half, or the Spurs are gonna get rolled by 25+. BOOK IT!!!!!
YES ; it's a confidence thing
Spurs had a pity party for the suns but hoepfully that is over and the second half will be Spurs True!!
This Win For Are Team Will Be A Huge Finger To David Stern And The Spurs Franchise!
I wouldn't be at all surprised if the Spurs drop this game and series due to all the media hype. Not bandwagoning here and I would be disappointed as . But from Crawford, to the "dirty" talk, and now the suspensions it just feels like the Spurs have been taken so far out of their iden y and have started to listen. It's unfortunate and I did not expect that from this team or organization.
Personally, I look at Manu and see a s of a player that he was last year or two years ago. Here's a guy who is an Olympic champion and is now relegated to being a jump shooter. It sickens me.
Except, it was only entirely obvious since the moment the suspension announcement was made.
And it's been the only effective thing against the Suns regardless.
It's not exactly a newsflash, and the fact that they can't seem to figure out how to make it happen before 3 minutes left in the house, down by 16 points is pretty ing depressing to see as a fan.
Well we know who ever wins this series will face a tough matchup vs Dallas..
Oh yeah, Dallas is at home watching.
Who the loses a 7 game series to an 8 seed.
Dirt No"Will"Ski MVP (I felt better about mvp when PJ Brown got a vote)
Tim played SO SO he has 12pts 5 reb not great but he is competing everyone else can't make a damn shot out there, our D was fine.
I agree with that after pop chews some ass. I can see why the spurs were not as aggressive when Tim picks up a foul on the suns second possesion of the in game and Tony gets 2 in the first, in bull man
why do think starting Manu is the only answer to this? he's 1-6 tonight so far.
English much?
