Romo with 19 300 yard passing games in Dallas..more than any QB in Cowboys history...wow..
Wow...Cowboys on pace to get 160 yards rushing and 250 yards passing per game this year..only 2 teams in history have done that...

Looks like we're about to get out of the "You haven't beaten anybody good" club.
Cowboys are just a hard team to believe in. Their talent is over-hyped, and I cannot get over the fact they have a bad coach and seem to shoot themselves in the foot over and over.
They are a solid football team all around, but they have too many things going against them.
Really? he broke the record with just 19?
quality win vs a top flight team at home at (4-2) ill take it

Miles should prolly work on a different "giddy look".
Yeah, they kept showing it; he was smiling so big his teeth were projecting out of his mouth, he started to look like 'Alien.'
yeah..that's what I was thinking too..but yep.
I know right, damn show something else
This.
Great win, great effort once they got it going. I might start to think they're legit if they don't come out next time and lay a big egg. They're still one historical Miles Austin performance from losing to the Chiefs in regulation two weeks ago. This team is hugely undisciplined and sloppy and their play calling is way too cute.
Guys...we got a quality win against a good team that was predicted to beat us. Why don't we try and give them the respect they deserve for winning this game.
, if he keeps playing well...he can have any look he wants!!
I am just glad they played well and beat a good team for a change.![]()
also, how bout a HUGEto Gerald Sensabaugh today. That dude was a beast from the opening defensive possession. He was all over the place making stops left and right, and with a cast on one wrist. Great game, Sensy!!
damn right...that's the only reason he doesn't pick off that one pass on third down..even so, beautiful game...and a great guy..he's one of the ones who signed my seat from Texas Stadium when I went to camp...him, Tashard, Columbo, Bradie James, and Jesse Holley
If you're a Cowboy fan I can't believe you wrote this. You're lookingat the new defensive leader of the team - the defense made mistakes but the brought the ing wood after the 1st possession of the game. Now the defense seems to be taking Brookings hard ass personality instead of Wade's weak lax personality they've had before. Still need to clean up the mistakes but that's on Wade for not working that effectively enough. They brought the hits and effort today now next step is work on efficiency. Overall I'm happy they brought the emotion and effort and beat a team I was sure was better. Just goes to show the potential on this team if it can be harnessed and controlled by a real head coach.
Roy Williams makes me want to punch a baby.
He's not even a good ($45,000,000) decoy anymore.
Actually, they are getting the "respect they deserve" for winning this game. I said it was a great win, and they gave great effort. If they don't do it for the rest of the season, then it doesn't really matter. The Cowboys have several of these "quality wins" from previous seasons that ended in disappointment. We all know they can win once in a while. Once in a while teams don't win playoff games, let alone championships.
A team that expects to go deep into the playoffs with a talented roster and a 3-2 record should be expected to win a game at home coming off a bye week. The only reason anyone predicted the Falcons to win today is because the Cowboys have done such a complete job of underachieving. What's sad is that they've put themselves in a position to have a "must win" game so early in the season.
If they come out next week and score on their first possession against Seattle and lose 17-13 are you going to be saying the same thing about today's "quality win"? I thought not.
He has been great for us, but I wouldn't go that far. Bradie James is still the leader of our defense.
Meh. I wrote that after I saw him do his stupid little "take a walk" dance to the offense after an illegal motion penalty/false start penalty/SOMEthin. Seems like overkill. I'm all for passionate O and D, but his antics were cartoonishly excessive.
Maybe I can't have one w/o the other, but I sure WISH i could.
that one made me
but im starting to like this new team. Brooking seems to be taking the role of defensive leader and the players are all playing their asses off for a change and not starting any drama.
All is right in Cowboy land atleast for one week. Hopefully there's no let down against Seattle
