That boxout was the first time I was disappointed in him. Other than that, I felt he was competing but struggling. That play was lazy.

How can you not? It's one thing if he's missing shots but trying, it's another thing when he misses shots and pouts on defense and loses focus. Seems like Sefolosha has learned that after Green misses a shot attack him.

That play pissed me off way more than the missed 3. Green needs to show the same hunger everyone else. One might say he needs to show more. A lazy box out is pretty much the opposite of that.
