    No guarantee that the Spurs get Gasol if the Lakers amnesty him. A team like the Mavs or Rockets that missed on Howard would probably overbid for him just to screw the Spurs over.

    Howard going back to LA would be a life after basketball move which would probably come quickly. They're really over the luxury tax level so they can't bring anything in so they'd have to run the same team out there another year older and often injured and he'd be locked in, nobody is going to buy the 120 Million dollar deal after this season. But its Howard so he'll probably do that..
