Besides Ancellotti is playing 4-3-3, if he wants to isert Isco for Di Maria he would have to change the scheme to a 4-2-3-1 'cause Isco doesn't have the defensive work rate Di Maria has. And I don't see him doing this, specially after the improvement the team has gone through after he started playing 4-3-3 with Modric, Alonso and Di Maria in the middle.

I know. Was just looking for more attack from Isco in the game but di maria made up for it in the second half...
