Lots of crazy rumors out there, but here's a mod on Michigan's On3 board:

If it is done, then Biff is going to be your interim for the year...I can't imagine that will happen. But more people need to lose their jobs over this."
This doesn't tell me anything. What did he do??
He's married with three girls, was having an affair with his assistant that apparently wasn't a well-kept secret, got fired for cause today and subsequently ended up at the police station.
The rumors surrounding all of that are wild.
