    Thanks man.

Its amazing how long he's been doing it (since 1989) although he worked for the Fort Worth Star Telegram before 2006.

And he's been to almost every single game during that time, i almost forget or take for granted it all because he always seems so relaxed, but all of the memorable moments in Rangers history

    Rogers perfect game
    Ryan and Ventura's brawl
    Ball bouncing off Canseco's head

    He's seen em all

Why wouldn't the Rangers trade Max Ramirez? Isn't Taylor Teagarden supposed to be their best catching prospect?

Don't mean to sound like an idiot, but who's your dad? I read a lot of sports articles, and I want to know if I've read some of his stuff.

last offseason Teagarden was untouchable bc of his defense but with Salty's vast improved D I wouldnt be surprised to see Teagarden shipped off at some point in a deal. Problem with Teagarden is that he can hit for sh!t. Ramirez wsa supposed to be a future DH for TX but he has had wrist problems this season and his value is pretty low so no reason in dumping him now

OK just got back in town -- The deal was all but dead as of 10:45 am ET this morning. I was left a voicemail message that stated unless something happens right as the Trade Deadline close, the Rangers will make NO moves.

    Halladay to Angles?

    http://fromthedugout.freedomblogging.com/

Hold the phone: Angels about to land Halladay?
    July 31st, 2009, 1:09 pm
    by MARK SAXON, OCREGISTER.COM
The deadline has passed, but ESPN.com’s Jayson Stark just reported the Angels and Blue Jays were close to completing a deal that would bring Roy Halladay to the Angels and send Joe Saunders and three other Angels (or prospects) to Toronto.

    Stay tuned.

From what I've seen he definately brings the heat but his control is all over the place.

Hope he can control it and they aren't rushing him.

IMO they need another starter, not a reliever. The bullpen is fine outside of Jason bleeping Jennings and Jason Grilli.
