More Gooden and less Bonner in cruchtime would be good.
When is Gooden going to play?

All these ing games that Pop has tried to sit Gooden out of to WIN have ALL BEEN LOSSES. Should have just played Gooden in all of them to get experience. Instead Gooden has no experience and they are all losses.

Matt Bonner missing threes in crunch time. I reckon Manu would want Horry back after giving him the same set ups that he'd give Big Shot Rob and watch Bonner clang 90% of them.

Look Spurs sucked tonight. But they deserved a chance to get the ball back. I mean those refs knew the Spurs were going to try to foul Paul. That was the only way the Spurs would get the ball back. I mean come on!! ing middle school refs could have done a better job. I mean at least do your ing job with some integrity and basketaball IQ. Both players fouling Paul and the refs just missed the call when all night they had been giving Paul quick calls. What a crock...

This game was lost by the Spurs despite one of the most de able sequences of refereeing I have ever seen in the NBA.

The simple path to victory was to give the ball to Tony Parker but alas they felt chucking three balls all night long was a more productive course of action.
Parker doesn't get anywhere near the same amount of respect Paul does. That is obvious watching this game.

    NBA REFS SUCK.

I'm not one to believe conspiracy theories, but this game is starting to sway me in that direction. Pop needs to send a letter to the NBA over this one. Yes, the Spurs should have won this one easily, and they would have if they had hit a couple more shots, but that ending was, in a word, inexcusable...the refs deliberately ignored, and thus violated, the rules to ensure a Hornets victory. BTW, I believe the Spurs lost because there was $$$ on the line...someone would have won ONE MILLION DOLLARS tonight from ESPN if the Spurs had won. The call came down from on high, and the fix was in.
I wouldn't say DELIBERATELY so much as it was just a horrible, incompetent mistake. I also wouldn't say that there was $$$ involved.

They couldn't even foul that hard when he was dribbling... they ing sucked tonight.
Hacking is hacking mother er. Refs missed two fouls, and on purpose. They only wouldn't have missed a flagrant.

I agree on the sucky 3 shooting. 25% on mostly open 3s, Spurs will lose almost every time. Glad Gooden got 20 mins again, but cuz of Bonner and KT fouling, not Pop trusting in him. He did awesome on offense, but didn't board the way he usually does. I didn't watch alot when he was in, so I don't know for sure how his D was.

also, we have to thank Roger Mason and crew for not holding it down to end the 3rd Quarter, that momentum swing was pretty damn big.

We're still number 2 and have a game against the Thunder on Tuesday. I wouldn't worry.

If the spurs had mugged chris paul in the backcourt instead of just blowing kisses to him as he split the D and went to Manu--they would have won this game......................

CP3 is a very good defender. He has outplayed Parker big time
    Are you kidding?
    tp didn't have a bad game (20pts 8/15, 7ast, 3rbds, 2to), Tim and manu
    did.
+ TP didn't feel as free to do what he wants as CP did...
NO= only a big "1", everythings goes through him, so if you add the BS ref calls...

Our Big3 needs to adapt again to each other (playing time, shot selection, calls...)

You're right about that. They should have knocked the out of him, so there would be no doubt it was a foul
