You play the games in front of you in a tournament and win - that's the compe ion, doesn't make it a fluke. It's similar to saying that a particular team wouldn't have won a le if they were in another bracket, doesn't matter tbh.
The fact that a team like Barca on average would probably beat every team in the world doesn't mean anything - they don't win the CL every year. Or the fact that Chelsea are embarrassing themselves now () is irrelevant.
