I'm seriously wondering if Pop is sitting Murray to make him "get over himself" at this point. I'd rather that than DeJounte having reaggravated his injury.

Not that you can't make an argument that a third PG is unnecessary with Manu playing playoffs minutes.
Murray hasn't played meaningful minutes in a month while Forbes has been getting them regularly for weeks now. Obviously I'm not a fan of the decision but I understand Pop's mindset and fully expected it.

Exactly. Our D after their first quarter explosion was stifling, tbh.
As much as well live play to play (I do it to), SA has the best defense in the league. Game planning and practice is massive for good teams and SA has had that vs MEM

Yup. Udrih could have been a difference maker in the 2008 playoffs. Instead we ended up with Jacque Vaughn.

Udrih would have had a great career as a solid rotation player here.
Also, NVE dissed the military and the flag and David Robinson during his time with the Mavs. He was basically the Colon Krapernick of the early '00s. That waste of carbon space can go die, tbh.

Vaughn was actually a solid contributor in the '07 le team ala Claxton in the '03 playoffs, but he fell of sharply after that. Udrih would have been a far better option than a Damon Stoudamire.

It was kinda a given Dijon would be out, tbh... Pop always plays who brought them there, and that's been Forbes et all to close the season...
Yup. That injury really hurt Murray. Not his fault, just facts.

MEMPHIS WILL NOT SCORE 90 despite Marc having a career game. Not a good sign for Grizz.

On paper for sure, but their offense has been so easy to shut down that I'm not taking anything for granted. Luckily their best option to defend Kawhi 1-on-1 is out so he should have an easier time when the double teams start coming en masse.
Rob, I am going to Europe in 15 days basically. I would love to watch a game with you before I go.

Possible he saw Murray not moving as well as he should and opted to sit him. Or the fact that he missed so much valuable time down the stretch.who knows...

It's not a big deal, people have this obsession, but he'll have his time. Right now he'd only play in garbage time anyway.
