Kasich is said to announce he'll drop from the race at a 5PM announcement.
It would have been too humiliating for him to stay in.

    Anyone watching this ?

Razor close race at Kentucky. Oregon hasn't even closed their voting polls yet. Should be interesting.

Bernie won Oregon by 25k and will only get 5 or so more delegates than her. LOL

The math is just not there for this guy so I dont know why he insists on destroying Hillary which he did tonight on his speech. He's making sure his bots aren't voring for her for sure.

He's in conflict about which evil to help win, probably. He says he'll endorse Hillary, but by staying in he's just fostering animosity towards her from his base and he knows this.

Did you watch his speech tonight? He's in your neck of the woods.

He ed her up along with the whole democratic establishment.

I just dont get Bernie. He says he wants to appeal to the superdelegates but stop short of calling them corrupt and in Hilalry's pocket. I'm starting to think the dem made a mistake letting Bernie run as democrat. He has no desire to help the party overall with what he's saying about them as a whole.

As a democrat, I feel terrible about the prospects of a convention. It will be imo.

Yep, Hillary is getting the nomination and it will require superdelegates if Bernie stays in. He has to understand this and understand the uproar from his voters if superdelegates award the nomination to her. Bernie staying in might very well award Trump the presidency because of how delicate the balance will be in the rust belt this cycle - Hillary is already polling worse with hispanics and blacks than Obama did against Romney. The female vote is normalizing as well if polling remains consistent. Like I have always said, this race will be a landslide in one way or the other - whoever s up the most will lose by a lot.

So far, Trump has been bulletproof. After this re ed john miller I thought he'd get a lot of criticism for lying, but people have already moved on.

Trump is a genius when it comes to manipulating the media, he's spent 40 years doing it. The person who recorded the "John Miller" interview says she and Trump were the only people who had a copy of the tape and she no longer has a copy so had to have been Trump who released it.

They just assumed Hillary would blow Bernie away and he would basically be token opposition. They seriously underestimated how deeply unpopular Hillary is even with Democrats.

Not really with democrats. She's very popular with them. She always beats him with democrats something like 60% to 40% or something like that.

Until last night he hadn't even won a single closed primary. LOL

The trick is she gets blown out with independents. They're all with him then you add the democrats he does have and you give him a fighting chance.

If all primaries were closed, we wouldn't be having a Bernie conversation right now.

just voted. i'm registered with no party preference, so i was able to go, but then the at the check in desk informs me that i'd have to change my party to democrat to be able to vote for presidential nominees, because the no-party-preference ballot excludes that race. which is ridiculous because that goes against california rules which explicitly allows NPP voters to vote the democratic presidential ballot upon request (called a crossover ballot). they didn't accommodate (which only affirms my refusal to join the party). so i just put sanders on the write-in section and voted the rest as normal

    http://www.sos.ca.gov/elections/poli...ty-preference/

Voting in the June 7, 2016, Presidential Primary Election

An NPP voter will receive a non-partisan ballot, which will have no presidential candidates listed.
However, upon request, an NPP voter can instead vote the presidential ballot of the following parties:

    • American Independent Party
    • Democratic Party
    • Libertarian Party
its actually illegal behavior on their part to refuse to provide the crossover ballot, but i dont give enough of a to actual make noise about it

you'd lose good money. i voted democrat, as i indicated. if you read the rule i posted above, NPP's cant vote republican in california anyway. i even outright stated in my last post that i wrote in sanders

i dont get why you're so personally invested in believing that i'm a republican/conservative, its quite eerie. just because i dont presume guilt in every cop case before knowing any facts? grow up

If Bernie gets stomped in California, he needs to resign tomorrow.
