They are not a bottom out team. I dont think it’s gold. You keep a few of the BKY picks but actually improve your team.
They only have Brooklyn's 24 and 26 picks. That Nets team is going to be absolute trash next year with only the taxpayer MLE to offer to free agents. Having Bridges as your best player is as bad as having Keldon as your best player.

They have swaps too. Give them 24 & 26 and keep the swaps for the upside…

Lunacy, that 24 pick will almost surely be top 8.

Early 2nds have pretty nice value. I wouldn't write them off. Sure, the hit percentage on them is not too high, but there are almost always nice players in that area, especially nowadays when players enter the draft so young and raw. A Trayce-Jackson Davis is absolutely worth an early SRP or that big dude for Arizona.
This, you don't pick there to find supernovae but still can find a solid role or rotation player.

A lot of debris left to settle.

We have players like Eric Gordon and Bojan Bogdanovic out there. Gary Trent Jr. Mikal Bridges might still be moved. Anunoby.

The Spurs have their few pieces and a big empty vat of cap space.

    Three hours left.

Why would the Rockets want those players? Geez, what direction is Houston on?

Some Western conference team will trade for JRich tbh. We'll probably package that TOR '23 2nd rounder to move up in the late 1st again.

They owe their '24 and '26 picks to OKC (only top 4 protected) and a swap in between. They can't tank anymore.

It makes total sense for HOU lol. Bridges is a damn good young player, HOU already has 2 top 3 picks on their team, he fits what they need to leap hopefully and HOU would still have their own pick for Wemby or whatever this year too. It would be a great get for HOU using 2 BKY picks IMO and HOU can’t keep taking since they dont have their own picks either later

The Milwaukee Bucks are acquiring Jae Crowder in a trade with the Brooklyn Nets for five second-round picks, sources tell @TheAthletic @Stadium.

Getting defensive wings isn't going to help Houston with the massive amount of other problems they have. I can see it if they jettison KPJ or even Green. Otherwise it seems like slapping duct tape over part of a shed that looks like swiss cheese.

It's interesting that second round picks are being used to get useful players like Crowder and Rui. That's good news for the Spurs and their mounting collection of second rounders.

Spurs should make a move for Bridges.

Also, more to the point, as valued as Bridges and, to a lesser extent, Cam Johnson are right now, why are you competing with other bidders for them? They're the type of players to cement playoff runs right now, not... whatever you're trying to do with a ed-up roster with other priorities.

The current bottom 4 teams are well ahead of (behind?) Orlando, so even if Houston decides to stop tanking it's unlikely they fall out of the bottom 4.

    That's pretty shrewd.
