This bar I used to go to called Whiskey's became trendy. It used to be a hole-in-the-wall where you would go and it would never be crowded, now there are all kinds of trendy assholes and a doorman to boot. Plus, the price of the Texas Teas went up. ers!

I grew up in the 'hood in LA. I can handle myself okay in ghetto establishments without getting stabbed or shot.

I tend to avoid those places because it's not my scene, but they don't particularly scare me.

Long Island Ice Teas, but Texas-size, in a small pitcher. It was five shots of alcohol, some sweet and sour and a little soda to fizz it up. Five dollars for a big-ass drink that would take you an hour to drink and get you buzzed, with five shots of liquor in it. It was awesome.
