Spurs gotta start shooting the bball better and esp. rebound the ball defensively better.
I'm getting sick of how the media is talking about Curry being hurt but trying to play, but Parker's injury is mentioned so much less. Simmons just basically said he picked the Warriors if Curry was healthy, but now "we'll never know. " Um, TP is our best player, and he's hurt too. And we're winning anyway!
Pop has some crazy ass rotations in a road playoff game 4. I don't know if it's because he sees the Warriors are having issues and Curry is obviously hurt or what but they're weird lineups.
Refs finally started calling the GS moving screens that got them open shots for 3 games, but they've been terrible since those early calls. GS players grabbing onto Spurs arms and shoulders and just holding on damn near every shot/rebound attempt and it wasn't called once. At the end a terrible call on the Parker charge where Jefferson was obviously moving and sliding and the ref was in perfect position to see it. The ref performance is so bad it warrants immediate dismissal for all 3 officials.
The Spurs score when they work these guys inside. They can't guard any Spurs big and resort to fouling or giving up layups. So why the are the Spurs resorting to all these jumpshots? Every offensive possession so start in the paint and work off of it. Every single one.
If the Spurs were shooting even decently they'd be up 20+. Other than the little Manu stretch from 3 and one from Green the shooting outside of 4 ft has been atrocious. If the Spurs have championship mettle and killer instinct they need to show it now, start shooting well, and impose on them in the 2nd half.
Great defense on many possessions but holy can we see some defensive rebounding? I know they're grabbing and holding it's not being called, but damn get tough and get the boards.
If Neal isn't going to be nailing these 3 looks I don't see the point of having him in the game. Give Joseph his minutes if he doesn't correct the shot in the 3rd quarter. I also have no idea how Curry, even gimpy, couldn't torch Neal when Pop lost his mind and had Neal on him for a bit.
Come on Spurs, show you have the balls of a champion and dominate this 2nd half.

I've noticed this too. Shoulda seen the ESPN frontpage earlier. And Hubie repeatedly saying that Parker is fine is getting annoying.
Splitter needs to leave his purse on the bench when he enters the game in the 2nd half. I'm tired of him being such a woman out there. :\

I'm gonna go against the grain I guess... I can't see the Warriors doing any better in the 2nd half or making any serious run. The helter skelter ball in the 1st half favors the Spurs, IMO. I think the Spurs will regroup and be a little more focused in the 3rd and extend the lead.

I'm a little uneasy, warriors played pretty bad in the first half and are still in this game. Once their bigs come back in and their shooters start hitting some shots, they can easily get back in this game.
Spurs need to be the aggressive ones, not the Warriors

The whistles will try and help GSW in the 2nd half. Spurs need to be crisp on both ends. With TP hobbled, TD and Manu need to carry the load.
