Then take out Van Gundy and you would be right.
11 Spurs TOs, some credit to GSW defense.
Then take out Van Gundy and you would be right.
I'm watching the game just fine, Warriors missed layups and a few open 3s.
Exactly. Idk what the half the posters here watched. He was great on D.
We've been pretty solid in the 2nd half of games lately so lets hope that trend continues.
Hopefully the recent trend of the Spurs balling out in the 2nd half continues because they were terrible offensively in that 1st half tbh.
Parker hasn't been nearly as bad on D as you guys are saying. He has been scored on during some switches when he has been completely out sized, bit that happens to the best... Did you not see Mason Plumlee back down Kawhi for an And1 the other night?
I see no reason for Kyle Anderson to be out there at this point, though.
Probably the best 1/2 of defense we played all season. They're not 1/14 from 3 like they were against the Lakers, missing wide open looks. D was incredible, especially LDN.

GSW are going to adjust and get a lot more open layups in the second half tbh. Trapping Curry leaves your other three guys playing 3 on 4.
No he hasn't.
Right and the majority of shots again have been contested. You could also spin it by saying the spurs are missing layups also which they have and easy shots under the basket.
Varejao is a huge weakness for them... gotta go at him while he's out there
Rather pull away in the 4th and win going away. Piling up a lead in the 3rd is way too early in the NBA.
He is his nephew. McAdoo was actually considered a top 2-3 prospect coming into college, but was an enormous disappointment at UNC. Then again, Harrison Barnes was the top ranked player in the country before going to North Carolina, he was widely considered the next Kobe Bryant.![]()
No, I'd even take Pop over Phil, flaws and all. Kerr just seems like a wannabe Pop, except he allows his guys to act more like jackasses.
The warriors got rolling when the spurs started trapping curry. That's when the others get involved with curry passing.
You at this game ?
Parker's defense has been amazing, and they're trying to go right at him on nearly every possession. The rotations have been bad, and Duncan has been abysmal, but giving up the occasional two is great if you can keep them from putting in open threes. The Spurs' offense has been pretty stagnant, and that's their own doing. I fully expect them to blow it open in the second half. Curry and Thompson might get some threes, but they have yet to get a good look, which is all the Spurs can do.
He can't be worse than Tim.![]()
Curry gonna catch fire at some point, we better starting making those easy shots
Need to go back to starting lineup with LMA and 2.0. Then again CIA Pop might not. He knows that it works so might want to not give Dubs more experience against it
