Duncan needs to start play better if the spurs want to win. last two games he's been hard to watch. It's like he had his talent taken away like the players did in space jam or something
I only saw the last 3 minutes, so I can't say how much impact the refs had .... but I can say that I saw a completely uncharacteristic craptastic performance from Duncan down the stretch. The opportunity to win this game was there. The Spurs just didn't want it as much at the end.

The Spurs sucked today. Phoenix just sucked less. Seriously, Phoenix just missed shots and that's why the game was even close.

So... I'm stuck doing research... I followed the game via gamecast, but obviously that's good for stats and scores and little more. I'm shocked the Suns won this game. I figured they'd lay an egg again. I see some are complaining about officiating? Are there examples?
Anyways...
This is the first time as a Sun's fan that when the refs "let them play" it actually benefited the more physical Sun's over the Spur's.
The losses that are hardest for me are the ones like this.
Where they don't give it their all and leave it all on the court.
Even with the refs being ridiculous, if they play hard I deal with the loss much easier.
This sucked.
I hope it's the final kick they need to get in the right gear for the final push to the playoffs.
And the worst part is how out of ing control the Suns trolls are going to be on the board.
We're not winning in the playoffs. We can't put together two good games in a row against playoff teams? that. The Spurs have a lot of work to do, I almost wish they would have kept losing so they would have realized that. Tim Duncan had the greatest mother ing choke job ever today. That's not the way to lead your team. He just started throwing up wild shots even though he knew the ing dumbass biased refs wouldnt' call it. Man up and lead us to victory, Tim. This is almost as important playoff game. You just gave the Suns confidence-they beat us and now they will go on a big streak, you just ing watch. Kudos to Parker and Ginobili for being the only Spurs that showed up today. Unfortunately it takes an entire ing team to win games and that's why we can't consistently beat the good teams this season. How pathetic is it that we can't put together two wins against two playoff teams? That's what matters! An 11 game winstreak means nothing if we are just beating the teams. Absolutely nothing. I'm expecting the only win over the next 5 games to be against the ing 76ers, even then we'll be lucky because I bet we will come out and play the tiest basketball against the tiest Eastern conference team.

Spurs got nothing from Finley, Horry, Stoudamire, Oberto, and a little from Udoka offensively and blown open layups by Ginobili and Duncan. like this, against a defensively soft team like the Suns should not be happening in March when you're 1 game out of first and 3 games to the 6 seed.
