Another good one is to take a whole (bone in) ham, place it in a pot with two quartered onions, cover with Coca-Cola, bring to a boil and gently boil for about 2-1/2 hours. Remove from Coke, cover with molasses and dry mus , place in preheated oven at 300 or so and cook another 15 minutes (Don't have the exact times/temps memorized).

The turkey legs boiled in sprite, pepper, etc and then grilled with a honey glaze was really funky....no doubt.
