I did as well. A coaching friend of mine is friends with one of the Trinity coaches and he told me a while ago they weren't brothers. However, he said they are distantly related.
Kinda weird at this point how often Jase visits Austin but he seems so set on being a sooner. He’s been to Texas as much as any other kid with high thoughts of the Longhorns.

Made a prediction 2020 class list based off all the information that we have right now. My goal with this list is to update it every month and see what it morphs into.
- My guess is that this class will have 23 players.
- Class is quite underwhelming but mostly because I can't put any OOS players other than JJ Hester and Mookie Cooper. Too early to predict OOS prospects when they haven't visited or OV'd.
- I wanted to add Troy Omeire because I think that he or Demas will be in this class. Omeire is about to visit this weekend and I think that he will leave with Texas as their leader.
- I didn't add a TE into the class because at this point, there isn't a clear prospect that we are chasing.
- Texas great finish didn't help Kelvontay Dixon, I don't think that he makes the team based off numbers. He does make this early list.
- Are we really taking three safeties and 2 CBs in this class? I don't think so but seems like we are leading for all three safeties so they go into this early prediction.
- I am not sure about Ty Jordan being RB #2. We are chasing A LOT of OOS RBs.

PROJECTED TEAM SCORE WITH 23 COMMITS- Would've been the 3rd place ranked class last year and above our score from 2019. I take it back, not so underwhelming.

I think the Horns are in a really great position with Flowe and Ringo. Actually think those two are the highest OOS probability right now. If pressed, I would say UT leads at the moment. Theyre also in a decent position with Johnny Wilson, but not at the same level as the other two.
I doubt we get Damieon George, I think he is 100% Bama right now. I think we are the team to beat for Flowe, Ringo, and maybe that Wr from out west. I'm really hoping we can real in Sa'Ville Smalls, just so I can get a t'shirt that says, "Your're Killing em Smalls".
And of course there is Milton who I think is the best RB in the country. I think he is a must get.
Mookie remover commitment stuff from Twitter?!? Oh oh
Interesting timing between that and Carrington's tweet.
Quotes from LB Josh White of Cypress Creek before his visit to UT this weekend (OrangeBloods):
“Me and coach (Todd) Orlando, we’re just going to sit, talk, we’re going to basically talk and look at the defense, see how I fit in it,” White said.
“Really I’m just taking it slow. But I’ve been taking UT seriously,” White said. “It’s one of the big in-state schools. Everything is just about what’s best for me and my family. It’s going to be a big decision in my life, so I want to make sure I’m making the right one.”
“I think Texas stands high in my big picture,” White said. “They’re a big in-state school so that would be good for me."
“I grew up in Texas. Me and coach Orlando, we’ve been building a good relationship ever since last year, the end of my sop re season. Now we’re just keeping that going.”
“I’m going with the flow right now, not sure right now. But coming up soon, I’m going to sit down, start really looking at my options,” White said.
“I feel like I bring speed, bring the ability to read offenses really well,” White said. “I feel like I’m really sound with my technique, know how to defeat blocks. I’m Really good at reading the o-line and making plays.”

Ugh. Sonna .
Update on WR Troy Omeire of Fort Bend Austin (24/7):
“I’m really going to spend time with the coaches,” Omeire said. “I’m going to spend the night there, so I’m going to see how the are and everything like that. I just want to get a really good look at everything there.”
“Texas is one of my top three schools,” Omeire said. “I really want to stay close to my mom, so I’m looking at schools closer to home. I love the coaches. The players are great, too.”
“Coach Mehringer is real with me,” Omeire said. “He teaches me how to use my frame. He has guys like me. It definitely impresses me how he uses big receivers and how they put LJ (Lil’Jordan Humphrey) in the draft.”

An Illinois 24/7 mod thinks ATH Mookie Cooper will be de-committing from Texas, if he hasn't already.
They’ve put a lot of stock into Kitan Crawford and he has similar build to Cooper and I’m sure similar skill set. Crawfords buzz seems to be on the rise of late.
Holland predicting a flip to Illinois.
He has to have a better opportunity to play consistently at Illinois.
And if he fancies his self as Rondale Moore, then the Big Ten is the place to be.
A lower level program that can showcase him.
Stability of the program might be a problem so we need to stay in touch.
Does that Carrington response equate to a clean break?
Holland from 24/7 changed his UT crystal ball pick for CB Ryan Watts of Little Elm to foggy because he's starting hear more OU talk with his recruitment.
Watts is close with ATH Jahari Rogers of Arlington High and Rogers is an OU legacy expected to end up there sooner rather than later.
This seems like a reprimand
but I don’t seek Carrington tweets except for this site.
Most of his stuff seems very positive.
OrangeBloods reporting ATH Mookie Cooper has de-committed from Texas.
Some people are comfortable being a small fish in a big pond and others want to be a big fish in a small pond. It would appear that Rondale and Mookie are the big fish/small pond people. This has no bearing on them and the success they will have, but they won't be playing for championships, and I'm pretty sure Mookie will never be playing for Lovie, considering the direction of the Illinois program.
When Lovie is fired, I hope we can bring him on as a analysis, he seems like a heck of a coach just in a school with little chance for any long lasting success.
Sounds that with Mookie gone, there is space for Kelvontay.
