$7mil/yr might actually be around the avg for NFL and several top college coaches, which he will earn (or more) if he keeps winning. Good deal for both parties.

If true, 7 yr 60 million, that is well over 8 mill a year....and if he reaches his incentives it goes up to 10 mill a year, cause he has 10 mill worth of incentives in the deal.
