Breaking news, Nash and Dwight spent half the meeting coming up ways to not pay child support.
Yeah I wasn't offended by it or anything. No harm no foul.

I would have been scared of the Clippers if they added Pierce/KG tbh.
As of now they've gone from Billups/Butler to Red /Dudley which is a lateral move at best tbh. Now they could still improve the roster with the MLE but someone like Landry doesn't really change much.
Vinny to Doc is obviously an upgrade but Doc doesn't have Thibbs or KG to anchor that D.
Unless Blake & DeAndre make massive leaps this upcoming season, the Clippers are still stuck in that 2nd tier in the West.
4/$27 for short Bonner? Yikes.
Looking like AK47 isn't in their plans.
Now THAT is a waste of money.
yup, even after they signed Chase Budinger
2 Guards getting paid in the 6-8 million/year range which is what I expect Manu to get tbh.
Not sure on how much that leaves the Spurs to offer FAs if they amnesty Bonner and don't bring back Neal.
I think AK would have to agree to the MLE to come here...
That's going to end up being a sign-and-trade. The Wolves don't have cap space right now.
They didn't know where to spend it.. he doesn't have to create his own shot.
Since the Wolves need a sign-and-trade to even get Martin, I imagine Kirilenko is on the move. Maybe Bruno's suggestion of the Spurs doing an empty trade will come to fruition?
They just signed Budinger and they have Shved. Horrible waste of money.
Damn Minnesota just throwing money around. If they sign Kevin Martin, AK47 is certainly done there. Get 'em Spurs.
Also, if K-Mart leaves OKC, I think they go after either JR Smith or O.J. Mayo. Mayo seems more likely.
Minnesota "doing something" just for the sake of being able to say that they're doing something. Very maverick-like of them.
What does OKC's cap look like? I haven't seen them attached to any names yet.
At this point, they have 0 actual cap space.
^Maybe there's going to be a big trade that sends AK to the Spurs, Martin to the Wolves, JR Smith to the Thunder and a trade exception (and picks) to the Knicks. That would give them the financial flexibility to get a good guard, although they can't actually acquire a free-agent that way.
A friend of mine knows someone in OKC says they are trying very hard to land JR smith. Recruiting visits to NY and what not.
Sounds legit...
