Newton can't do anything outside of the read option and most defenses have figured it out. That's why Newton has regressed overall.

I really hate it for Texan fans. Like I said last week, a competent QB and they're in the SB discussion every year due to the running game and the defense. Trainwreck made a good comparison to the recent championship Steeler teams. Just need somebody behind center who won't it up and can get the ball to Daniels and Johnson.

i didn't express myself properly, what i meant is that if those fast backs would be played on goal line carries, they y/c would be a lot worse, their mileage a lot bigger, their fumbles a lot more and their risk of injuries a lot bigger. the spillers of the game are what they are exactly because they are not played on glc imho.

Schaub has become a scrub, but Kubiak is the bigger problem. If the Texans want to improve, they either need to find an elite QB or replace their incompetent coach.

it's like for stevan ridley, he gets played early and in the open field and he looks a stud, as the game gets tougher and he gets harder carries, he gets ing rammed to the ground, gets concussion-fumbles and until he's back to normal, 5 games have passed..
