They were going to Kawhi on every play. Clearly ownership is trying to keep him. If he stays healthy he will definitely be a top 3 MVP candidate
My guess is the Raptors wanted Green not Patty and it takes two parties to make a trade. But who knows.
Former Spurs carried the Raptors tonight, also looks like vintage Danny is back.
All of a sudden Danny can shoot straight. Color me shocked.
I'm pretty sure the Raptors would have taken Kawhi without Green. Nice try though.

Kawhi got out of 2nd gear for a few moments. Danny’s 3 ball looked good today. The combined run down on Tatum was pretty good tbh lol. Even Serge looked like TD today. Boston just realised all the speculation about Kawhi coming out of the East just got very real lol.

Celtics are done. They're some pups + Malik Rose (Horford) and Stephon Marbury (Irving). Hayward looks like a s of his former overrated self. I say it will look like this in the East playoffs:

No doubt about it, let's see if kawhi can handle it.
He just didn't want to play here, at least we got something for him, instead of letting him go for nothing. He was not going to play here for more than one year, and even that year it would have been a great toll on everyone on the team.
No point in keeping an unhappy player.
Leonard shot poorly again but he’s getting the shots he wants. Just rimming out. Each game you can see him getting better. Looks healthy so the rest will come. Even rusty he’s putting up double doubles.
Green looks healthy finally and his shot is smooth again. Damn he’s looking like the Danny from a few years ago.
That chase down block by both was freaking nasty.

This is all premature speculation right now. It's too early to tell if the Raptors will come out of the east.
It is so strange because I talked a ton of about him the last few months. But watching him play I don’t totally hate the guy. I mean he grew up in a Spurs uniform..
it’s kind of hard to totally hate the guy. It just sucks how things worked out.
I just want the Raptors to beat the Celtics all the way just a message for them for low-balling Kawhi.
Yeah... as much as it sucks to admit it... He's back to being a top 5 player in the NBA. I hate the dude and what he stands for though. What a snake.
