This group of losers ain't got the heart ot guts to go back to Denver after tonight. The season is over!
Butterfly effect. We killed them off there, they never gain confidence (we never lose ours), series over.
Not really. Game 2 and 3 Denver still doubted themselves. Yokich was sucking wind like . Pop gave Denver their confidence. This should have been a sweep
Exactly
Except we did. Actually, it was Pop doing the killing but he's a Spur right?
It was a late game at at ude. They missed every layup they took in the first half. The team played with no urgency, like it was a December game. If they fix that last thing, different outcome. If they fix that second thing, different outcome. Next game in S.A.
??? I’ve always said Porker was better than 50 Mills. I even started a thread this season about how Porker would be the best guard on this team this year tbh. Plus his gf/wife banging would keep all his teammates on edge and bring out their y side on court tbh.
nuggets confidence to shoot the ball more
while spurs treat every possession they have to execute that play or else they be chasing
nuggets dont care, actually most teams dont care in this era of high possession ball, they will always be in it as long they run up the pace/possessions/score
What is a little disappointing (and maybe I missed some of the interviews) I didnt hear LMA or DeRozan take any responsibility. It was all “we”. Well, when you are the leaders and you play like that it’s on you and you should own up to it.
One thing that stands out from the other playoff teams is playoff energy. SA is playing like it’s. Regular season and their intensity is no where near where it needs to be.
I wish we had some players with swag like Lillard.
When have they ever accepted responsibility at any point in their careers? They've always been selfish, low iq players. LMA wanted to be traded when he wasn't getting enough touches on a 67 win team. Derozan's been the architect of nearly every one of their Toronto's playoff collapses and then considers it a betrayal when they do the logical thing and trade him for a better player.
Nuggets coming determined to close this in 6 after that re ed shot by Lillard.![]()
LMA's 2 former star teammates both advancing to the 2nd round and having a great post-season so far.
I wouldnt go that far.
LMA on suicide watch wishing he was still in Portland tbh
NBA is gonna go HAM on Thursday to end this series since every other series will be done.
Or not. However you prefer.
He'll request a trade to Portland in the off-season.
Have the Spurs ever won a game 6 down 2-3?
2008 vs. New Orleans comes to mind...that it?
And the Spurs will Probably take back the worst contracts they have to get it done. Maybe Evan Turner and Meyers Leonard for Aldridge and Derrick White
Yet when I said it earlier in the season, I was bashed
Siakam wouldn't have gotten the freedom he gets in Toronto... Pop wouldn't have played him... For example Lonnie may have been getting run with Toronto if they drafted him, and we would be looking at him like a player that would be a difference maker for us... But here with us, he can't sniff Playing time
