I can link a BBC report with pictures showing a parking lot was hit and the only damage to the hospital appears to be broken windows. Since displaced people were sheltering in the lot it's bad enough but difficult to believe the parking lot would be targeted.

Well, last I checked Israel is an officially recognized government with elected leaders who answers to the U.N. (Well, as much as you can answer to a paper tiger, but I digress). Hamas is not elected and not an officially recognized government. Should Israel be free to drop phosphorus in Gaza because they're fighting terrorists?

The real question is why are we not subjecting Hamas to the same rules? You would think war crimes apply regardless of whether a country or group is recognized by the UN. As far as your question, it’s unequivocal that Israel will be subject to close scrutiny for everything they do, this thread is a good example of that. Why not the other party in this fight?
