Nah, contracts are generally signed and so it would be breach of contract. I have only been stiffed twice, and only once for a significant amount. That was when I was first starting though, I am pretty savvy now and can kinda use my spidey freelance sense to sniff out stiffers.

oh thats cool, im just intrigued by the world of freelance writing. I personally couldnt do it cause number 1 I suck at writing and 2 if you do it at home yeah I would prob be watching tv, or sleeping, or playing video games instead of working.

You learn how to discipline yourself and get the work done. Its a big adjustment but once you get it, you won't go back. Most people plan their day around work, I plan work around my day. Me likey

Ehhhh... six hours, sometimes more, sometimes less. I would say it averages out to six, three in the morning and three in the afternoon.

Sometimes though depending on how much xtra work I take up, I can get swamped. Like 10 hrs/day. This week will be more like 7-8 hrs/day I think.

My office is separate from my bedroom, although the TV is in here. But I generally don't put it on till 6pm. But I have my iTunes up on random, I have to have music.
