when he started getting hurtWhen exactly did Barkley stop yelling Giinnnooobilliii!
I'm also really worried about Manu, guys. We won't get past the 2nd round if he doesn't average over 10+ PPG against the Grizzlies. Maybe against the Clips due to match-ups but we definitely won't win a championship without Manu being Manu. He's so passive out there and lacking confidence.

Pop: "Combination of Tim and Tiago really helped us on the boards"
LOL... the first question was about the "keys to victory". You would think they would brief these reporters not to even say those words in front of Pop. I thought he was gonna blow a gasket. He actually sort of counted to 10 and calmed down before saying, "I don't know? We scored more points than them?" But, oh man, you could tell he wanted to just ream the guy.
Then the next guy asked him what adjustments he made at halftime. Pop just looked like he couldn't believe it. His response was, "Quit fouling." He did say a little more about dumb fouls, but once again he looked like he just wanted to climb down off the podium and shake the guy.
Near the end someone asked if Tiago's height helped out. Pop said, as close as I can remember, "I thought Tiago was huge for us, when Tim was on the bench. He rebounded well for us. And then when Tim came back, and we were having trouble with Favors down there, I thought Tim and Tiago handled that well."
Not worried about Manu at all.
He's not shooting nearly as much if he would if they played Memphis or LA or OKC.
Why isn't Manu averaging 20 PPG on 6 shot attempts? Something must be wrong.
He did it a couple of games ago actually.
I think Tiago finally had his "I sold Pop on me with Tim" game.

Ha ha. Thanks.
There are times when I wish Pop would handle the media a little...less like that but I think I'll miss him when he retires. Thanks again.
Edit: Thanks for the link Spurs Brazil.
yeah hopefully
pop knows he needs him against mem
Lets hope you're right, brah
Though I still like diaw starting
He went back to it last game...
Oh I am too. Diaw has been fantastic. Down the stretch against big frontlines? Loved the lineup tonight. Would've dubbed Jax for Green though.
we're pretty blessed to have a team that is so well coached/disciplined. No other team comes close when it comes to this aspect; other teams may have better, more talented players, but Spurs can win if they execute better. It's just impressive.
I'm waffling on that one tbh. Jax is ideally who I'd like to close with but Green was rolling tonight.
Tough game, but we pulled through... YET AGAIN! Such a hap-hap-happy and p-p-proud Spurs fan over here!! WOO-HOOO!!!!!!
Foreva'!!
Great win...
Spurs weathered the expected storm and took over the game in the 2nd half..
Sweep on Monday..
Agreed. Time to clean up dat house now.
I think Mike Ditka coulda stopped manu today but that pass to end the half deserved....
GINOOOOOBILLLLIIIIIIi
spurs won even though playin like in the first half and bull calls, adjusted to the officiating and pull their heads out of the asses and started to play
Get the Sweep on Monday and rest up for the next round.. Clips/Grizzlies may go 7..
I love Stephen Jackson and I'm not ashamed to admit it.
+1. Same here. The guy just has the balls for the post-season.....
