24/7 saying a Manvel source is telling them 2016 WR Reggie Hemphill was re-offered over the weekend, but they have not been able to confirm that with Hemphill or his coach.
If so seems like they really f'd up by pulling his offer. Could have just as easily evaluated him these last 2 months while he was still committed. Seems like a Strong blunder if he indeed re-offered.

Texas QB target Jake Browning of Folsom (Ca.) has committed to Washington. Kid is going to be lights out in Peterson's offense.
Maybe that will kickstart Texas' interest in Travis Waller?
Especially since they've reportedly been re-evaluating some 2015 guys. Why couldn't you do that with Hemphill if you thought you might want him?

It is worth remembering that Mike Locksley was thought to be a candidate for a job at Texas when Strong got the job. I've read somewhere that Mike Locksley and Strong are good friends.
