Still better than 3/4 of the League. Think Seattle, Indiana, New Yawk, Philly, Boston, et al., wouldn't love to have a team that sucked as bad as the Spurs do right now?

OKs, let's cut the crap and say it.

- We need a new PG backup, Tony can't be playing 48 minutes every night.
- Manu need to be more consistent.
- Duncan must stop being such a soft player and pump some muscles.
- Oberto and Elson must be traded for a big center because they are absolutly useless.
- Bowen should go to the bench and bring barry and manu for starting lineup.
- Finley also must be traded (no wonder the dallas improved so much). Finley can't do anything now
- Horry should never return again unless we are on playoffs.

Stop small ball!!! And get some more rebounds!





Or at least trade manu to the suns....i bet he would play great there

i'm hoping the only reason elson didn't play more is b/c he's still recovering. he can be a big asset to this team, much more important than finley. but he's got to be a given a chance. 10 minutes here and there isn't going to cut it.

I agree they played the Spurs pace pretty much the whole game. In 05 and even last year this would have been a loss.

eh, i don't know about that...they played spurs pace until end of the third, fourth quarter when spurs starting running like mad and shooting too many 3s, sloppy turnovers, etc. my bf and i started screaming at the tv (heh!) because we were just talking about how the spurs don't fall into the running game trap like so many teams and then all of a sudden they didn't take time...this is when the wheels fell off for the spurs, when they didn't play their pace
