Take JV out.
duncan playing scared... spurs look like they're playing NOT to lose.. instead of playing to win.
WHY did you let Vaughn shoot???![]()
Timmy's just not here right now.
Agreed. It's a product of 4-down... we should be playing motion offense!
Good time out... Spurs are barely hanging on.
The one time in the half he isn't indecisive Tim throws it to Vaughn, who clangs the jumper![]()
TD needs to drink a Gatorade now
Vaughn has done an alright job on Williams in this quarter, but his choice to jack up that jumper wasn't a good one -- by him or by Duncan.
No, vaughn is defending williams better than anyone
Timmy is playing like a total pussy. Just standing there waiting for something to happen.
Utah with 15 TOs to SA's 9 ...
wtf is pop trying to prove with vaughn in the game knowing they're going to double off of him and turn his sorry ass into a jump shooter?????????????
I have never seen Tim this rattled this is not a great Defensive team, what is wrong with him? We will lose this game if he can't score down the stretch.
Tim has got to stop playing scared and just play. He's overthinking when he has the ball and it's getting stripped. Go in fast and strong or pass out. Stop thinking it over and being afraid of them.
why is Vaugh so keen on making the shot himself. there are 4 other people around![]()
Someone needs to punch Duncan in the balls to remind him he's a man, and the leader of this team.
The ball needs to be in Manu's hands, and he needs to drive.
Vaughn hustling on D ... but I wouldn't bet a rusty dime on that 20-footer of his
Got to move. Why aren't we running our double and triple screen movement offense against these guys??? It work against everyone else, and it frees up the odd 4-down because the D isn't set for it every possession.
Pop is having his head handed to him here.
And there's one thing I really can't stand is watching someone throw a pass to a teammate for a shot and then stand flat-footed while their teammate shoots the ball. Get in the paint (where no one was) position yourself for a try at an offensive rebound or something. Looking at you Duncan. Oberto has been doing it all game long.
Tim is not his usual dominating self...something is wrong...he seems totally lost...is he playing hurt???
This reminds me of how Time played in DET in 2005.
