I think it's well established by now that the Spurs are in tank mode. Pop praised the Thunder for building through the draft over several years, then said the Spurs are where the Thunder were. He also said something like "year by year you acquire guys and trade guys and build through the draft". Pop wants draft picks. He doesn't give a single about this season or these players not named Victor, as far as them being with the Spurs next season. He'll still try to teach them about Africa though.
