so, right now money is not why he will be signing with a team.

The price for highly-coveted free agent forward James Posey appears to be on the rise, according to The Boston Herald.

Posey's agent, Mark Bartelstein, said on Wednesday night that he hoped to have something done in the next 48 hours.

According to league sources the Celtics are willing to offer him the full midlevel exception, but with Corey Maggette off the market (Warriors) several teams are expected to increase their offer for Posey.

If we somehow, someway get Posey, this offseason will be huge success. I would love to have this guy in a Spurs uniform come playoff time.
