Meanwhile...since we're keeping track of predictions:
Find a quote from me where I disputed it. I'm not surprised it turned out that way, Palin is a curiosity no matter how you feel about her.
Meanwhile...since we're keeping track of predictions:
Um...who the said you disputed it asshat? No one was even talking about you....Manny asked for a link.
You were the one crowing about how you were right on this score and everybody else was wrong. It's a peripheral matter anyways.
I would just like to point out that the other two most watched debates were watched to that degree because of Reagan and Clinton...the two guys who won their elections.
This is exactly the same dynamic at play here.
And everyone one said Reagan was a joke too.
The Democrats have one thing going for them...McCain. I don't think it's going to be enough.
Idiot..timvp is hte one who mentioned it, I confirmed it and Manny disputed it...
If it matters so much, I'd like to see some bumped quotes where people disputed it.
VP debate ratings are peripheral. Say it again: peripheral.
Sigh. Re ed.
K, I'll give it to you. You also said Biden couldn't win the debate, he did.
The pattern I've seen with you Whottt is you just throw as much up against the wall as you can man. Eventually something sticks.
"BTW, I also predicted that McCAin will end up getting more votes than Bush in 2004 while Obama will finish with less than Kerry.
That's my boldest prediction..."
"I also have fully predicted NY will go red in this election. I'm not on the fence about it now"
- whottt
Depends on who you ask...I rejected basing it on the polls instantly...and I did so for a reason.
Because I don't trust them. I said this before the debate, remember?
You want a link?
The pattern I've seen with you Whottt is you just throw as much up against the wall as you can man. Eventually something sticks.
LMAO...I never lose the big heated arguments dude. IF I'm not sure about something I don't argue it much..
What part of:
Don't you get? He was talking about the VP viewership.
Just ask Chump![]()
I do think McCain is going to win, but I don't care enough to be pre-excusing the possibility of its not happening.
Full list of whottt's predictions just so we can go on record...
McCain will win. Landslide.
Over 300 Electoral Votes.
More votes than Bush.
Obama will get fewer than Kerry.
NY goes to McCain.
Penn goes to McCain.
NH goes to McCain.
Minn goes to McCain(it's in the 270 thread and trending).
WI goes to McCain.
To be fair...I did predict NY polling would be in play by NY...it went in play much sooner than I expected and is now out of play, but I am saying NY goes to McCain.
It's true.
He's avoiding explaining Palin's military responsibilities like the plague.
Well that's twp of you who thinks he has. Zero bounce at the polls! You guys keep thinking she's making a positive difference..![]()
One other prediction I made in this thread..the media is going to turn on Obama.
Ratings rule....that's why they're in the tank for Obama in the first place. He's been left in Palin's wake.
I take back what I said before...this is my biggest prediction.
I'm just curious as to what you base that on. I don't think this election is over by any means, and a lot can happen in a month, but Obama is up in the national tracking poll outside of the margin of error. If the election were held today, he would almost certainly win, and by a comfortable margin.
Rasmussen nailed the 04 election better than any pollster, and he has Obama up in line with other pollsters. What is wrong with the polls, or what is going to change between now and November 4th?
And I predict whott will remain a dumb ass..!
Just a hunch. Doesn't matter much to me either way. I just wonder how much to the dark side McCain has actually turned.
Republicans smear better than the Democrats, and the Republican base votes more than the Democrat base.
I don't think it will be a landslide either way but I can understand why some would think McCain is going to win.
Speaking of the Darkside^^^^^
Our boy Spurminator has definitely taken a turn for the worse.
He was my clear #1 vote in ST's smartest poster poll...glad I was lazy that day and didn't vote.
I don't think the smears against Obama are going to work. Hillary dragging things out helped Obama ironically, because voters have already been exposed to the Ayers, Rezko, Wright stuff and it hasn't hurt Obama.
Obama has the highest favorable ratings of all candidates and Palin has the worst. What swing voter is going to buy her "Obama palls around with terrorists" bull ? October historically is a month when voters make up their minds and are hard to sway if they've already made up their minds. Going completely negative - my hunch is it will be ineffective with the economic news so bad.
