I've been saying all along, "money" is a stupid nickname for Mason. He's not Ray Allen, people. Pull your heads out of your collective arse.

That is the type of nickname you have to earn.
All forty seven of you are going to look like total jackasses if he ends up being a typical streaky shooter who had an elson-esque first game streak.

"Fluctuating Currency"
I'm pretty sure "Money" was one of Jordan's nicknames, "Mase" was Anthony Mason's nickname and "Ocho" sounds like Chad Johnson. How about we just call him "Magic" since we're being unoriginal?
Okay, may be a mute point at this time, however the name "Mace Windu" has created some excitement over at PtR.
Points in favor being the inherent badassedness of Star Wars, combined with the overall kickassedness of Sam L Jackson. The "du" that the guy owns certainly looks like its been in the wind, the mace is pretty potent stuff, especially when its in your face.
Any thoughts?
money, cash, dinero that mofo is all that
Jordan didn't coypright it, so 'im. Only nickname he can keep is his airness.
Roger "Dollar" Mason.
Rah May JOOOO!!!

Roger " 3 from 8 " Mason
We have Obiwan Ginobili
Why not R3M8
is "roger mother ing mason" already taken?
Roger is primarily a common first name of English, French, and Catalan usage, ("Rogier", "Rutger" in Dutch) from the Germanic elements hrod (fame) and ger (spear) meaning "famous with the spear". The Latin form of the name is Rogerius, as used by a few medieval figures.
From c.1650 to c.1870 Roger was slang for the word "penis" probably due to the origin of the name involving fame with a spear. [2] [3] [4] Therefore "roger" became slang for "have sex with".

A mason is a worker who builds in brick or stone...
So "spearbrick" or "sexspear"?
When he makes a 3 can the announcer say you just had unprotected Mason
I thought Spearchucker would be a cool nickname but upon doing some research it's apparently a "racial epithet". I only knew it as the name of a guy on MASH who was a javelin champion in college.
Poor man's Ben Gordon
