I think they could bring back EVERY other President except David Palmer. His death was the most obvious. You could bring back Keeler (even though I don't know why, his character was really short-lived) because they never made it clear what happened to him when Air Force One was hit. It was never explained if Logan dies after Martha shanks him. And we never heard what happened to Wayne. For all we know he could have came out of the Coma. Unless it surfaces that David Palmer was really the Green Lantern, that sucker should stay dead.
