It may not have been for Slydragon, which I understand, but the guys who made that film put so much into it and became so des ute that they themselves became bums and moved/lived in the tunnel for months to complete the filming. It is just a do entary about bums, but sometimes you can learn something from watching a guy take great pride, just in his ability to survive in the only way miserable he can; a way of life which most of us couldn't even begin to comprehend.

It may or may not be a movie that people want to watch, but what the film makers went through themselves, and ironically, what literally the whole film is about, is not having an easy way out.

Your a patient movie watcher. You can actually watch Soylent Green and enjoy it. Most people today want to the wow factor to kick in at least after 5 minutes.

I sometimes don't have the time to watch some 90 year old man sitting on his porch talking about slavery for two hours i need to watch Thief or heat to get my movie fix. Then there are days I can watch someone making a quilt for two hours.

I got to see the Super hero movie it was kinda of sad and that batman dude just needs to grow up. Where is it written because you have a batman costume on you en led to make a certain amount of money?

He is using the batman image to support himself if someone doesn't tip him then he needs to get a job at wall mart. Because I noticed when he has a good day making 150.00 an hour he doesn't call George Clooney to give him his share does he?

And you can tell he beats his wife in the movie from her reaction when they talk about his bad temper.

I am downloading one called What Muslims want and another called Snuff the art of making snuff films and one called Probable collapse about the twin towers.

You have any new ones for me to check out?

She was ugly, I would not tip her too. Batman did get piss when that one girl did not tip him, he just kept repeating "we work for tips" showing his cash in his hand and the girl was like ugh walk faster.

So do you think Superman is lying about his mom?

That was part of the film i wish they had not left the viewer hanging. How hard could it be to find out? What I don't get if he was lying what good did it do to mention it? It's not like she was that big of a star to make doors fly open for him. And the other part of the family why didn't they get upset or sue him?

How are you going to let some guy in a superman outfit go around claiming he shared his mother with you?

What I didn't get was why the Hulk didn't get a better costume once he started to make money. I have seen better hulks on Halloween in the ghettos.

And how come the city can't make a panhandler ordinance or law that states you need a permit first? That way they can regulate them and if they get to aggressive like batman did they lose there license?

That movie did kick ass. He's shady, but the old hippie dude in charge of Twin Galaxies was a badass. I'm happy that Steve proved himself in the end.

But, all I know is that Billy Mitc is in need of a serious at ude adjustment. Everybody else ate their crow and apologized, I don't see why he was motivated to be such a . And I don't believe his million point tape is authentic. He refused to play Steve head to head and in public on three separate occasions and then turns in a tape with distortion breaking up the score counter... Highly, highly suspect IMO.

Didn't see No End in Sight yet, but I got it in my streaming Netflix queue. Cool thread Mouse .

    Good take!!

Have you seen any good Do entary's or bad ones you would like to comment on? I was doing a search one night and I downloaded a few.

I know I am behind the times but I saw this month the following Do entaries.

    outfoxed

    http://www.outfoxed.org/

I found it fascinating to watch given the history of what I already suspected with Fox news. It was refreshing to see I was not alone in my opinions.

Last night I saw a very entertaining Do entary about ENRON

    http://www.imdb.com/ le/tt1016268/

It was cool to see the behind the scenes of cooperate greed at its best.
    http://video.google.com/videosearch?...8&sa=N&tab=wv#

    Then I saw The Corporation
    http://www.thecorporation.com/
very eye opening film about our lives.

have you a list of Do entary's you recommend or don't recommend?
    Thanks!

    Any more?

Born Into Brothels is a good one. Baraka has some stunning visuals and a nice musical score. And no it's not about Obama.

Baraka's ing awesome. That, Koyaanisquatsi and the other Qatsi films are all way cool.

Those movies are like a stoner's paradise. I've put em' on before just with the intention of playing them in the background for a few minutes while I load a bowl or whatever and then all of a sudden it's like two hours later and I've just been tripping the out the whole time.

Yeah Baraka is great. Any stoner (and non-stoner too) will love it. So many great shots in it.
