The stats prove that the last 2 times the Lakers have beaten the boys from bean-town not only do we ruin their streaks but somehow manage to creat a whirlpool of loses for these guys. I can say the same thing about your rebuttal if that is what you call a rebuttal? It doesn't really matter because either way your not winning a championship. You barely snuck by the Celtics by 1 in OT and we won by 6 in regulation.
If you ask me, I would say we are better prepared to face the Celtics in the Finals than your team is. We match up better with them than you do. That is why they wiped the floor with you last year. Doesn't matter who you put out there, in a 7 game series, the team with the best and healthiest players wins and the Spurs haven't even started to play their best basketball yet and they beat the Celts by 6.

But you can't sit there and actually believe that the game has no mental aspect about it. Last years lost to the Celts was all stemmed from no "balls" and I will be the first to admit it. Better last year to meet the Celts? I'll give you that. You have a veteran squad and that goes without saying. Last years Laker squad really only had Kobe and D-Fish on that team with any real playoff experience. But this is a new year.
