Don't worry mavs fans. 10 years later when you're basically going no where. I believe they will sorry for them and there would be a Mavs 3 hour DVD of their Western Conference championship in 2006, with bonus Mark Cuban's commentary on how they were the true NBA champions that you can watch over and over again.

I'm not talking about the 80s or 90s. I'm talking about 2009. The Spurs have 4 championships. Don't give me this "woe is me" or "I have suffered a lot of disappointment as a Spurs fan". That's bull . If you're a Spurs fan, you're spoiled. Case closed. And if you're a Lakers or Celtics fan, you're definitely spoiled.

On a serious note, at the end of the day I doubt the # of les a team has affects the emotional state of anyone. I'm sure beloved Mav fans aren't on suicide watch or shooting up heroine over the fact that our franchise has 0* les. Same with the fans of any ringless team. On the flip side, I'm sure Spurs fans aren't content with their obesity on account of the fact that their team has 4 championships. That's why the championship smack talk is extremely immature.

*- The 2006 Finals were rigged and the Mavs actually do have a championship

I'm not talking about the fans that have been with the Spurs through the bad times and have been Spurs fans before they got Duncan and the championships. I give props to people that have been Spurs fans during the bad years and before they got Duncan.

Again, stop talking like you are a part of the Spurs' team. You're not. You have no championships. The team that you root for does but not you individually. I hate it when people talk like they are a part of a pro sports team.
