Gooden was a reliable scorer, but maybe that's because he never passed the ball out to his teammates and took all the shots while he was in the game.
I wish him well.

Thats true but Manu was mostly injured and Tim was playing on one leg while he was here so i think the Spurs needed someone to assume somewhat of an offensive role to give Tim and Tony some help. Last year our offense was basically Tim and Tony plus spot up shooters that couldn't create. If he was on the roster this year (which he most likely won't be) i'm sure he would buy into the Spurs system more considering the roster that we'll have.
