Wow Rodney in for his third straight inning and gets the top of the order out 123. Tigers should without a doubt bring in Verlander next.
What a game. Wow, nothing beats October baseball.
Wow, Tigers got screwed there. The ball hit the shirt.
it should be 6-5 Tigers right now.. Wow.
unbeavable.
Leyland is nuts throwing Rodney 4 innings...
If Im Tiger fan, I'm flipping irate. Totally got screwed.
Im ing Irate. What the ump!!!!!!!!!! Giving the Twins this game.
Game.
Great game. Best I've seen since the 2007 one game playoff.
WOW. Well ....I really wanted the Tigers going up against the Yanks seeing as they matched up better pitching wise...but oh well...
Damn I'm ducking pissed.
Way to choke it all away Tigers...
Go Twins. Knock off the Yanks.
Well in Tigers defense it should have been 6-5 going into the bottom of the inning. But its a moot point. I pray to god they fire Leyland. Letting our closer go 4 innings? WTF was he smoking besides his Marlboro Reds?
Ducking? Looks like you are typing from an Iphone.
Alright Minnesota Twins! Now it is on you guys to keep the 2004 curse on the Yanks alive! Go Twins!
I touch. I hate that "ducking" automatic spellcheck.
Two decisions cost the game, IMO.
1) Leaving Miner in when he clearly wasnt doing well since the first pitch. Shouldve pulled him after his second batter.
2) Not bunting (Polanco at the plate) in the 10th with runners at 1st and 3rd with no outs. You bunt, you get a run in and stay out of the double play.
Beyond that, it was a great game.
Bottom line, the better team won...the team that played like they wanted to win the division since early September won. Tigers did everything they could to give the division away and they finally found someone to take the load off.
At least now they can all get drunk and hang out with members of division rivals without implication.
