seems to me Aggies got used to living high on the hog.

I thought I read somewhere that the terms on paying that off while they weren't self-sufficient were ridiculously low - like 1% annually. Thanks for the link.

financial issues aside i really did not see the a&m board of regents removing sherman no matter what happened this year. they are not prone to quick terminations. sherman does seem to have his team playing better for now and he still has the recruits for his current top 10 class committed and a coaching change may not even be the best thing to do anyway.
