She dropped her lawsuit bacause the video proved she lied on her application to become Miss California. They took her excuse on the half-naked pictures that she did not tell them about, but this was too much to overlook.
The fact that she continued to put herself out there (pun intended) when she knew these things existed is hubris or stupidity, or a combination of both. You can not paint yourself as the poster child for sexual purity when you have taken photos and made videos of a sexual nature.

Is CNNs Anderson Cooper openly gay or still just rumored? He and co anchor took turns seriously sniding Prejean after the Larry King ep. Did King promise Prejean would not ask her about any of that stuff that prompted her to leave? Wouldn't surprise me. I thought all Kings guests were given a written list of all the questions he would ask them. Known as one of the softest interviews for s bags ala Robert Shapiro and Johny roach of the Scheme Team.
