He has to share the load. Did you see how he completely ignored Curry when there was an open 3 and passed it to Mikki Moore who was double-teamed.
But you said Monta Ellis was having no impact on the game when he had 33 points and 7 assists. No impact to me means if he doesnt play the outcome of the game would not be affected. Do you think the Warriors still win the game if he doesnt play?

And, i find it hard to believe a guy like who just layed it all out on the line for 48 minutes trying to get his short handed team a win againsts one of the better teams in the league, on the road no less, would let a a minor pre season issue/comment like you are bringing up, get in the way of giving his team a chance to win the basketball game.

Thought Carlisle learned this in the NO game and putting in Roddy on Jennings in the OT in the Bucks game but I guess not.

First of all, if Monta does not play, only 5 players would be playing so your idea was very lame, but Monta's way of playing was never conducive to winning in the long run. For the bolded part, this is Monta Ellis you are talking about. He ed about many things before that and after that too. And GSW would never have forgotten the moped incident. He scored 37 points. Impressive, and gave up 11 turnovers. The rest of the team had a total of 10. Let's take 1 turnover as 1.5 points. Monta gave up 16.5 points already. Curry = point guard. Ellis = shooting guard. I will agree he showed up doing what he does, and that is to score, but he still freezed out Stephen Curry.

Monta's play may not be conductive to winning in the long run, i dont know. But his play tonight was conductive of winning tonight's game.

Your arguments so far Monta not having any impact on the game are his 11 turnovers, and not passing the ball to Curry on one possession when he was supposedly open. Those 37 points and 8 assists were just empty numbers, and had no bearing on the outcome of the game.

They are empty numbers if you give up as many points as you supposedly chipped in.
