yes.
And I have watched both recently, which might be a little sad.
The Silver Bullet scared the out of me as a kid.
I remember it, too. It was an event. My mother took me and my brother to see it in the coolest movie theatre I had ever been to. I had about 3 sets of the McDonald's cups; I couldn't stop talking about it.
I remember that it had to do with soccer![]()
Yeah, that movie had me a little bit fearful of werewolves and the like...Also, so did the original Lost Boys when it first came out because my Aunt's house was nearby the family home in Santa Cruz where they filmed a good portion of that movie.
Got talked into this not knowing anything about the movie...
...at a midnight movie none-the-less..
To this day, Alien is the only movie I ever walked out on. I was still in the Army, and a bunch of us had been out drinking that evening, and I decided to go to a midnight show. I was already a little sick to my stomach when the movie started, and it didn't get any better as the movie played. There was a group of guys behind me, and they were laughing at the gross stuff. When the critter came bursting out of the guy's chest, I felt my dinner and several drinks rising, and got up and went to the restroom. The guys behind me were laughing it up. While I was in the bathroom, splashing cold water on my face, the loudest of the laughing guys came in. He had pissed himself. I gave up and left. Went back and saw it a couple of weeks later.
wow alot of you watched some scary ass movies as little kids
First run, too.
Definitely not my first theater experience, but the first one I remember:

Not 100% sure, but it'd be a good bet...
Wow, you were getting stoned even back then?
For Fpoonsie and the others who remember Land Before Time...
It was some Mexican movie about a couple of brothers who were wrestlers and one of them of course wore a mask.
