aww...how cute that you compliment yourself.
The Lakers were massive favorites coming into the series, go look at the Vegas lines..they were also a massive favorite to win game 7, the Celtics were +300 something IIRC..
Celts played well and we played better ...
WE told yal Artest would be the difference ...
Why are re s citing Vegas odds that are statistically almost always significantly off for NBA Finals? rofl.
Vegas odds are a much, much better measure than ESPN's panel(LOOOOOOOL)..using ESPN's "experts" is one of the worst arguments I've ever seen..ESPN "experts"? LOL..
Vegas odds are usually quality..
Are you actually going to tell me that the Lakers weren't the heavy favorites coming into the series?..
No one looks at Vegas odds for favorites, that's a betting line that no one particularly intelligent takes seriously.
The favorite to win the le or win an entire series is extremely accurate, it's not a 1-game situation..I don't know how anybody can deny that..the fact that you're trying to argue that LA wasn't the clear favorite in this series is sad, it doesn't take anything away from the Lakers, they still won..I don't know why you're trying to deny this..
Because the reality is that the clear favorite isn't defined by Vegas odds, it's defined by the media, fans, etc. And pretty much everyone had this series going the full distance, 6 games at minimum. I'm sorry this concept has escaped you.
again, no Kendrick Perkins and the Lakers SQUEEKED out a win. My Prediction was for a HEALTHY Boston team
Kendrick Perkins injury gave the Lakers the championship, and even then, they barely beat a Perkins-less team.
Boston is the better team, sucks that they lose their starting C in the Finals. Lakers are the luckiest team in the world. They cakewalk through injured teams in 09 and now 10.
If Kendrick didn't get injured, Boston is celebrating in LA tonight.
Fact.
also,
LOL at barely beating the celts without perkins
LOL kobe 6-24
LOL fisher saving your asses AGAIN even though you bash him
