It isn't the black doctor I don't trust, it's the quota system when and where it has been used. Affirmative Action lost it's role of helping minorities when it later became a quota system.

Union workers who need the union in general. Unions hold back achievers like me. I am set in a pay scale based by job and time. If I were in a non-union job, I would be making alot more. With some of the craziness going on at work, I may just change jobs again. This is the first union job I've had in 31 years, and I hate the union mentality. These people are pitiful.
