I love Scola threads. They remind me of all the posters who were so arrogant believing they were the all knowing geniuses and belittled anyone who praised Scola laughing for they said his game would not translate to the NBA, and countless ignorant arguments. Of course now that same people hate reading Scola threads for it is hard to recognize when you were wrong and then double the bet by continuing spitting nonsense, bringing into the table any stupid argument, like Rockets record, MVP counts anything but recognize they were wrong.

I love the latest wrinkle in the Scola haters arguments.. that Scola is a no-defense playing choker.

As if Bonner is some kind of playoff god.

its funny that some of the posters in this thread say that if other posters would admit that scola is a good player, etc, that the threads will stop. I don't think that there is one person in the Spurs organization, in the media, and yes even on this site (other than Houston fans) that state that the Scola trade wasn't a mistake. The Scola trade was a mistake..... years ago. He is a great player, if is defense is suspect, he is still a great player. These continual threads remind me of some woman who brings up that time you looked at another girl while on a date ... 18 years ago. If Luis Scola got a career ending injury 6 months into the season 2 years ago, do you think that there would be people posting threads like "AP Report: Scola still can't walk" as proof that this was a good trade? No. Get over it, grow up, and move on.
