I never understand why people use streetball as an example of "letting slide", in regards to dirty play..

I grew up playing in the Mecca of streetball, and I've never seen dirty plays happen on a consistent basis..it happens occasionally, but it always leads to fights, which just annoys everybody else, since they're interrupting the game..

Under no cir stance, is dirty play condoned on the street..

I think they're confusing "jail bail" with "street ball", tbh..
