You should definitely go, even if it's just an extended vacation of sorts. I lived the for over a year and have wanted to go back every day since I left. Keep in mind that it's very expensive though...very very expensive.

That's a good idea. Getting a permanent residency permit is tough, often it will take a work visa to start.

You should mos def think about coming if you're keen. i had the opportunity to travel for work earlier in my career, and now it's not really an option, and i kinda regret it.

tbh, i haven't seen a funnel web for some time.

these ones you see a lot more, but they are (relatively) harmless. if you live outside a city, you're best not to kill these suckers, they keep insects in check.
