Speaking of Notre Dame, there is another rumor that has them moving their other sports to the ACC as well, making the tally 16. So, 14 football teams with two independents. That would be weird.

Big1G is their natrual fit, but they don't want the restrictions that a conference would put on them as far as who they want to play in football.
